			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>From WTW: <em>With apologies to George Gershwin, it&#8217;s &#8220;Summertime&#8230; and the drinkin&#8217; is easy.&#8221;  Now that summer is finally here, it&#8217;s time to think about those light, fun wines to sip out on the patio or to complement your light summer fare or barbecues.  To that end, at the July 19 WTW Seminar Dennis Sienko of Bend Wine Cellar will guide us through seven wines meant to enhance those lazy, hazy days of summer.  We will focus on whites, Rosés, and even some summer friendly red wines.<span id="more-732"></span></em></p>
<p>Come and join us in tasting some lovely wines, paired with Chef Tim&#8217;s delicious food. WTW meets on Monday, May 19, from 4:00-6:00 pm, at the Jackalope Grill. <p>You will be shown the proper way to successfully trim and portion out a filet mignon which in turn will help save you lots when serving this wonderful meat. Tim will also teach you how to prepare three delicious sauces to accompany your filet. Following the cooking class will be dinner.</p>
