My all-time favorite is ‘The French Chef Cookbook’ by Julia Child, based on her very first TV show. She taught me everthing. I have a huge collection, but that has to be #1.
My very favorite cookbooks are by the Junior League of Denver and include Creme de Colorado, Colorado Cache, Collage and Calore!
