Monday, June 7, Tim’s Supper Club
In this dinner we will be exploring the foods from the Loire Valley in France.  The best pork in France is grown here.  Culinary inventions from this area include the beurre blanc sauce and the Tarte Tatin.  Check out the menu here.  The wine pairings are listed here.
